NetWorker server is disabled.

Question

Hi Friends,

I got an error while creating the device with networker 7.6.

Error : 'create failed: Cannot create a device when the NetWorker server is disabled. Check alerts and logs for information on why the server is disabled

could you pls help me how can i resolve this issue.

Hello!

Bingo was correct over on listserv- you need to get license codes. The only thing you can do right now is run restores- that does not require a license. Contact me off list if you need help finding sales or codes.
