Command to query scsi devices is 'inquire' not "inquiry".
If you are running inquire command, run it with these switches "inquire -cl".
Also run 'dvdetect -s ' on storage node. This will detect library and updates the networker server with details about the library. You should be able to see the unconfigured library under storage node now.

Yes, it's inquire, but i was on customer site and wrote it wrong.
I've resolved the problem-it was microsoft problem, not a networker...
