We fixed this issue by performing following activities:

Issue was caused by older version of Solutions Enabler and Newer version of Unisphere CLI. To fix this we following steps:

1) Upgrade Networker Client to 9.0.1 and Extended Client Package

2) Upgrade Networker Meditech Module to 9.0.1

3) Upgraded Solutions Enabler to 8.33 version

Few test backups and fixing security file issue we could resolved this issue.
