Networker Client Win Server 2008 backup failed

Hello,

since a few weeks we have problem with a virtual networker client. It's a Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 system (use VADP).

We use Vmware vCenter 5.0.1 and the NetWorker server and proxies will be currently updated from 7.6.x to version 8.0.1.

The VADP_VM_NAME is correct. Is it not the solution.

After the start, the group (with nsrvadp_save -D5) shows following message:

--- Unsuccessful Save Sets ---

*servername:*FULL* savegrp: suppressed 255 lines of output.

*servername:*FULL* VADP: VixDiskLib - Log:

*servername:*FULL* VADP: VixDiskLib - Log: FILE: FileLockDynaLink: Further process validation tools are: available

*servername:*FULL* VADP: Initializing VimService 'https://...ip:port.../sdk' ...

*servername:*FULL* VADP: Logging into VimService as '...' ...

*servername:*FULL* Intialized LibVADP context successfully.

*servername:*FULL* Performing the backup via the Virtual Center.

*servername:*FULL* Application information attribute VADP_VM_NAME for client servername.domain is set to "servername".

*servername:*FULL* Trying to connect to the VM using VM name 'servername'.

The specified daemon.log of the networker client shows additionally:

VM:servername.domain:*FULL*' for client servername.domain exited with return code 11

After start the same group (with nsrvadp_save -D1) shows following message:

--- Unsuccessful Save Sets ---

*servername:*FULL* savegrp: suppressed 21 lines of output.

*servername:*FULL* VADP VM-TMP Directory Location: c:\mnt\servername.domain\servername.domain\servername.domain-tmp\letters\1.

*servername:*FULL* Temporary Directory for VM created.

*servername:*FULL* VADP TMP Directory Location: c:\mnt\servername.domain\servername.domain\tmp.

*servername:*FULL* Temporary Directory for VADP created.

*servername:*FULL* Temporary vmMntLoc Directory for VADP created.

*servername:*FULL* Performing the backup via the Virtual Center.

*servername:*FULL* Application information attribute VADP_VM_NAME for client servername.domain is set to "servername".

*servername:*FULL* Trying to connect to the VM using VM name 'servername'.

Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
