Networker Health Check tool

Hi,

I need some clarrifications on "Networker Health Check Tool". Our's is a big environment and we want to install this tool to troubleshoot some of the issue.

But below are questions we have

1. Do we need to install on both client and server ?

2. How much load it puts on the server ?

3. Can we install this tool on a seperate server and check the health of the Datazone server and client ?
