Thanks for your reply
no there is no issue, am preparing a document were i need to provide what
comes under lever 3 support for networker and what is needed to accomplish
L3 support for networker

Normally all the Networker cases will go to one support queue (Apart from Partners). If the issue is escalated then only it will go to the next level engineers.
