Please be aware that all entries in the CLR (aka Manpages) starting with "nsr_" refer to NetWorker resources, not to commands.
The backup notifications are slightly different in NW 9.x.
By default 'notifications on policy level' is selected for a Workflow.
That means that you must setup a different policy if you need to use another notification.
In the 'Policy - Properties' window you can then specify whatever command to execute.

Ok, that makes sense on the man pages. I often forget that they document things other than executables.
On the notifications I think I understand...I might have to script something up to get something more robust.

I have a question on this. for send notification if i select on failure what command would i use to send it to windows event log??
