Try to do the following, look for the file OFMLvDRV.sys and verify his version, if is 3.0.0.6, you have to upgrade it to 3.0.0.9 or 3.0.0.11. You can get the new version at ftp://ftp.stbernard.com/pub/ofm/updates/ofmdl96i.exe. After you get it or if you already has this version (3.0.0.9 or 3.0.0.11) go to the sevices ( Run / Services.msc ) and look for the Open File Manager Logger, if it exists, stop it. If the problem persists, look at the event viewer and tell us what appears there about the Open File Manager. I prefer to use the Open File Option instead Open File Manager... Open File Option works with Windows Server 2003's VSS.. i believe that is better..:)

I prefer to use the Open File Option instead Open File Manager... Open File Option works with Windows Server 2003's VSS.. i believe that is better..:)
