ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("RMAN"."RLH"."LOW_TIME")
RMAN backup failing with below error.
starting full resync of recovery catalog
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-03002: failure of configure command at 10/12/2013 08:49:09
RMAN-03014: implicit resync of recovery catalog failed
RMAN-03009: failure of full resync command on default channel at 10/12/2013 08:49:09
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("RMAN"."RLH"."LOW_TIME")
We asked DBA to check from their end and they are telling that this is NetWorker issues. I am not convenced still I am looking for resolution for the above error.

Please consider moving this question as-is (no need to recreate) to the proper forum for maximum visibility. Questions written to the users' own "Discussions" space don't get the same amount of attention and can go unanswered for a long time.
