PST Backup

Question

Hello all - again... I trying to perform a backup from a PST file and I'm getting the following error message: File D:\email\user.pst could not be opened and was not backed up. (Permission denied) I have the OFM installed, the system has full permission inside this folder but I don't know what is necessary to allow the backup from this PST.

Are you sure OFM is running - I thought OFM should handle that (if I remember correctly VSS works fine with that).

The OFM logs show you any error?
