RMAN Backup error: Resource parse error

Hi folks, maybe you can help me: I am having problems with a Oracle backup using RMAN. It starts well, and at the last part, after releasing channels appear the message:
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on t3 channel at 09/25/2008 00:57:40
ORA-27192: skgfcls: sbtclose2 returned error - failed to close file
ORA-19511: Error received from media manager layer, error text:
The function nsr_end() failed with the error message: Resource parse error (0:5:0)

Do you have any idea of what's goping on?
Thank you

Do you get this with schedule backup? If yes do you get the same with client initiated backup? Check sbtio.log on client and daemon log on server for time when this happened to see if you get any additional log.

Well, this happens when using a scheduler named Control-M, which launchs the backup from the client.
Yesterday it worked fine. I'll try to see any other log if is posiible

What finally happened is that it was a physical problem when reading the tape. We used a different device and it worked fine. Thanks.
