Repository - Add Networker server and client 7.6 x86 failed
Hello,
I upgraded my Networker server and NMC from 7.5.1 to 7.6.
When I try to add the "Networker Client, Storage Node and Server 7.6 x86", Networker correctly identifies the product but when it tries to add it in the repository I receive the following message :
Repository operation failed
Failure adding product from:
D:\x86\NW_server_client
Error spawning the uasm process
I have no problem with either modules (i.e. SQL or Exchange) or "Networker Client, Storage Node and Server 7.6 x64"
I tried to do that with a Networker Server Network Edition on Windows 2008 x64 and with a Networker Faststart on Windows 2003 x86. Both have the same error.
Do you have a solution to correct this problem to have my repository up to date so I can update my clients ?

Well wish i could help but I have no idea whats going on either. I am in the same boat as you are at this moment. I just upgraded from 7.5.1 to 7.6.
I have been using the repository for a few versions now with no issues. I was able to get all o/s versions to build with no issue, except for win_x86.
It jjust wont be added to the repository. At this point i am assuming it is something wrong with there software package. Either metafile problem or the xml file.
I have a case open about it, but no luck on solvig it yet. Please write back if you do get it fixed.

Thanks for the info.
we figured out that the file was missing, just didnt know how to bypass
that file to build the repository.

Hello,
it is a faillure in LGTO_METAFILE.winx86.
There is an entry for "BUNDLE_FILE=networkr\inst_connectemc.cmd" but the file does not exist. comment this line out with a leading "#" an try again.
There is al logfile in the Networker log directory named nsrcpd.raw where you can see the error for the missing file.

Edit Networker Meta file and remove all lines after Client package details. This fixed Windows 8.x.x packages upload issue "Error spawning the uasm process"
