I looked at the logs you provided but there is not enough detail to glean where the job is actually failing. I would like to ask you if you could open a case with Support to ensure you get the proper attention and tracking of this issue if you have not already.
If you do find more logs please do attach and we will look and see if we can help but to ensure you get the attention you deserve on this one we do need Suports involvment.

There are some other log files that are useful when debugging Module for SAP, I just can't remember their names
But take a look at the /oracle/PRD/saparch/aecwwxvg.svd file informed in the error message, usually you find helpful messages in these files.
