SharePoint backup fails after update to 9.1

Hi,

I have a customer who recently updated his the NetWorker clients of his SharePoint servers to version 9.1.1.5. NetWorker server is also at 9.1.1.5. Since the update the backup is failing. Under version 8.2.3 there were no problems backing up the SharePoint farm.

The backup fails with the message:

Failed to send pre-snap signal to all job

There is a knowledgeable article about the issue but I really don't get what to do to solve the problem (https://emcservice.force.com/CustomersPartners/kA2f1000000L5QmCAK).

Obviously under 8.2 backup was created using the snapshot mechanism but under 9.1 this changed.

Can someone help me out?
