Single file restore from win image is not possible?!

Hello, a single file restore from a win image runs every time in an error. We analyzed the restore issue but we were not able to find any hint why this is not working. Our last idea is to upgrade the environment to v9 and perform than test again. But this idea is just based on "hope" or not really better than a "try an error" method. Does anyboy have a hint what the cuprit of the prblem could be? FG

forrestgump, would you be able to provide the error that you see. The most common issue during a windows FLR would because no DD Management credentials were provided during the device creation. If you did choose that you wanted the dboost used to be used as a management user, then on the DD end you have to assign a management role to the DDboost user.
