Sorry but I don't find it on EMC support site. Perhaps this Tools is no more supported ?

Nice question ... and nobody seems to dare answering it. Hmm.
It is difficult ... if not impossible.
Per definition, volume licensing is counted on 'the largest full' over a certain period. This of course would not consider all manual (RMAN) backups.
So if you have a weekly backup cycle, let me suggest that you run "mminfo -ax" and simply look at the weekly number.
Then run a weekly backup report and summarize your fulls and incrementals/diffs. So you get the ratio here.
Now you can use this to estimate the backup sizes for you backup cycle.
Not perfect ... but better than nothing.
