At which part do you get this error ? is it right after putting in the client machine name and clicking the next button? Also, after updating the auth method, have you restarted the nsrexecd service ?

Hi crazyrov,
This is just after I click on next button entering the Host Name. Restarted the service as well.
Provide the output to of the following from both NetWorker server and client
nsradmin -p nsrexecd
nsradmin> . type: nsrla
nsradmin> print
also, try deleting the peer information also from the client machine and restart the services.

- do you use nsrauth on both client and server (and NMC)?
- is there any peer error you have on server side for that client?
