Hi Surjeet - thanks for posting here. Did you get the resolution to your problem? Does the issue still persists?

Hi Mohamed,
do you use SSL at all? - on server AND client? - Infos about the NW versions would help.
In general: start NetWorker on both sites (server and client) and verify the connection from both hosts using
from the client: nsradmin -p nsrexec -s nw_server
from the server: nsradmin - p nsrexec -s nw_client
And do not forget the 'usual network suspects' : name resolution (forward & reverse), firewall etc.
