Aha - another 'guessware' issue - guess where NW is working ... unbelievable!
It seems as this backup action workflow fails with the backup of the ASR save set even before building up the worklist. Besides compatibility issues, it could also be a Windows problem. Maybe this knowledgebase article can help: KB000055913
