Unable to restore complete VM (saveset/index missing)

Hi all,

We need advices from all NetWorker Experts. For the past days, we have difficulty to restore a complete VM from NetWorker User.

When launching it, then using "Save Set Recover" operation, we get the following error message :

"No recoverable save sets can be found for client xxxx"

Even so all backup groups are successful, but the corresponding savesets for the client are not visible and index size show 0 ko.

Our environment is NMC 8.2.3.0. We already executed those commands :

nsrim -X

nsrck -F "VM_Client_Name"

nsrck -L7 "VM_Client_Name"

Any experts here can advice on any other possible solutions to allow NMM to view and restore the saveset/index?

And NMM can only take care about the app it has been desgined for. It can not backup/recover file systems.

Save set recover doesn't care about index so check via mminfo if you have this backup and if you do under what client name.
