Unable to retrieve the datazone id
Good afternoon
I have a problem with a storagenode, hopefully some of you can help me fix it.
Set up a storagenode with RedHat 6, my server is Solaris 9 with NetWorker 7.4
I tested the write drives through storagenode OS, so good, but with Networker to perform any operation drives the following error occurs:
Unable to retrieve the datazone id

Hi Orlando,
Can you please let us know which NetWorker versions and build do you have in NetWorker server and Storage Node?
Are both on 7.4.x?

Hi Carlos,
First of all thank you for your response
The server have NetWorker version 7.4.Build.187
T he storagenode have 7.6.2 on RedHat 6, I could not find the same version as the server .

Hi Orlando,
please note that 7.4.x is no longer supported since September 2010, so I would suggest you to either upgrade NW server to the same version as storage node, or at least to a supported version, and the have both, NetWorker server and Storage node on the same NetWorker version and build.
This should fix the problem reported here.
