Update file name of a form passing through a workflow
I am coming from a non-technical background with this question!
The scenario I am dealing with is as follows:
A form (package) has been attached to a workflow. A reciptient of the task is asked to fill out the form and submit. Before submitting the user saves the form. Right now the form is defaulting to MyFiles with a random file name. How do I change the naming convention of the form when it saves to MyFiles (e.g. to Form_ID_1)? I also want to set parameters so that when the same form is repeatedly saved the file name in MyFiles updates to e.g. Form_ID_2, Form_ID_3 etc...
