Using private vlan with networker

Question

Is there any limitations or issue when using private vlan (PVLAN) technology for the communication between a networker client/module installed into a server (in isolation or community) mode connectivity and a networker server - networker storage node eventually combined with DDBoost ?  Do we need to configure network server - networker storage node - Data Domain in promiscuous mode ? Thanks

I don't see any issue in achieving this as far as the Data Domain and the clients have an IP on the same segment or access to Private VLAn with at least 3 or less than 3 hops.
