VADP - Conectivity between proxy and vCenter

Hi all,

Networker & VMware Integration Guide says:

“Network connectivity must be available between the VADP proxy server and the vCenter Server managing the ESX server cluster. It also requires connection to the ESX server system.”

During a backup or restore, if proxy momentarily loses his connection with these host, obviously task aborts. But, if no operation occurs, what happen? Is some kind of refresh needed?
