At times indeed the download page does appear to show anything, sometimes requires one to delete browser cache and cookies. Some parts of the Dell site, I couldn't navigate at all with FF (learning/training and KB articles) and hence started using Chrome instead. I see that now after yet another Dell web services revamp, it is working again for FF.
