backing up sharepoint with networker 8.2.2

Question

trying to backup sharepoint. the jobs for bootstrap, index, databases and content run fine.. Get a fail message.... APPLICATIONS:\Microsoft Office SharePoint Services: Backup of [APPLICATIONS:\Microsoft Office SharePoint Services] failed r details. 95941:nsrsnap_vss_save:SharePoint PowerShell failed to retieve the list of backup components' information, See eventlog for details.

Top of the head it may indicate permission issue. Do you use some user to do this backup?

See event log for details.  So what does the event log say?

check if share point vss writer and oss search writer is registered and is in stable state . check for stuck shadows ,if stuck delete them.hope it should work
