can't run gstclreport after OS upgrade. Handshake failure

running nw7.6 on AIX 5.3.  upgrade server OS to AIX 7.1.

all backups run fine. reports from mangement console run file.

BUT, from command line on NW server,  gstclreport now fails with handshake failure.

In the gstd.raw log, i get message:

57792 1394027879 2 0 0 3944 6619174 0 tsm01.genco.com gstd 30 Error accepting SSL connection 0

I'm assuming the OS upgrade mucked with SSL cert or key, and that NW now needs to be updated,

BUT i have no idea how to update NW.

EMC support goes no where. tell me to upgrade to 8.1( i plan to do, but not immediately).
