I have done some checking and I wanted to let you know there is NO DATA REPLICATION within NetWorker itself. The replication options are based on the hardware that you are backing up to. Avamar, Data Domain and EMC Disk Libraries, as well as SAN and NAS replication, are where the replication will be processed.
As far as I can see there is not option to perfrom backup replication within NetWork in the near future. The only option that comes close is staging, but that is not replication - only moving data from one storage media (i.e. disk) to another (i.e. tape).
Are you talking about NetWorker server information or client backup data? Are you attempting to get some type of high availability or just a copy of the data on another site for DR purposes?
I am still not clear as to your requirement. NetWorker can produce a copy of data via cloning from its media which could be configured to give you a copy on a remote site. There is no in built replication within NetWorker like Avamar has, but AutoStart software may be an option for you if it is just the NetWorker server data you wish to replicate rather than media where the client backup data is stored (like AFTD, FTD or tape volumes).
Did you mean Autostart? This is a cluster software (with a supported kinds of replications on it), but the correct option would be Replistor (with less price, too)

Hi William, I mean copy of data, something like Avamar replication

Yes and no. Mainly this depends on storage you use to save your data.
If these are tapes, you can use NW cloning (not quite replication, but nearest match considering environment).
If this is DD, you can replicate with DD (where NW might be aware or not of it - based on configuration you have).
So, in summary, this is possible, but it all depends on what you have implemented.
