cluster exchange restore information store error

i have save information store whitout use switch -c or -a (cluster),but i have use only in backup command nsrxchsv saveset MSEXCH:IS and remote user administrator password xxxx, yesterday i have a the crash, i try to use eseutil from exchange but do not start the store, when i try a restore the information store from legato i have this error.
