fn rn read error i/o error

Can i get advice on what causing these issues constantly on my platform?

Currently running Networker 7.3.2. with Decru Encryption device with 6 lto4 drives.

There are 2 ssid that I'm trying to retrieve and get the following while running the scanner -i -S commands.

My next attempt is to try running them on another drive.

bash-3.00# scanner -i -S 1375951463 /dev/rmt/1cbn

scanner: scanning LTO Ultrium-2 tape LXI343 on /dev/rmt/1cbn

scanner: LTO Ultrium-2 tape LXI343 already exists in the media index

scanner: unexpected record number, wanted 0 got 1

scanner: fn 77 rn 27805 read error I/O error

scanner: done with LTO Ultrium-2 tape LXI343

One possibility is that tape broken or due to SCSI bus reset it was rewinded during write.
