help me networker7.6 for oracle

hi, expert:

     do everyone configure networker7.6 wizard backup oracle  ?

the following is error information . what wrong with me ?  i need what to do  ?

storing credentials to the lockox

   operation failed

   authentication denied

In your case, this usally means the  "lockbox for this client is already created before you created this client resource with the wizard" and the NMC user you are using to run the wizard does not have  permission to modify the lockbox's user list.

Let's say you are creating a scheduled backup configuration for the client "foo". Try the following steps:

- Before, retrying the wizard, check if you have the lockbox called "foo"  (See Lockboxes on the left pane of the NMC -> Configuration)

- If yes, make the following the changes: Add @ to the 'Users' field of the lockbox  or simply add  *@ server name>

If this does not work, and if this is a test environment, delete the lockbox called "foo" and run the wizard again. This way the wizard will own the lockbox and it will have the "right" permission.
