Please consider moving this question as-is (no need to recreate) to the proper forum for maximum visibility. Questions written to the users' own "Discussions" space don't get the same amount of attention and can go unanswered for a long time.
You can do so by selecting "Move" under ACTIONS along the upper-right. Then search for and select: "NetWorker Support Forum".

If these are visible via vssadmin list shadows, then you can remove them via vssadmin delete shadows. Make sure that such deletion won't break application database data about available snaps.

Hello Pavel,
It's very strange that you have yet there snapshots. Could you please check if it NMM GUI you can see anything under snapshot management? If so please manage those snapshots from NMM GUI to prevent any inconsistency.
Otherwise I would suggest you to check with vssadmin as Hrvoje said, but use diskshadow to delete them, as vssadmin doesn't work that well when it comes to delete snapshots.
Anyway this is a mount point and not really a shadow, as the shadows as such (snapshots) are stored within the System Volume information, so we would need to find out first why those amount points are still there.
Please take a look at the diskshadow documentation so that you can get all the information about those mount points.
Thank you,
Carlos

Hi Pavel,
Did you manage to delete the snapshots?
Did you use NMM to create them?
If you used NMM, did you check if you can still browse those snapshots in snapshot management in NMM GUI?
If you want to get rid of those no matter what do as follows:
Open a commnd prompt and type this:
diskshadow
From Diskshadow command run:
DISKSHADOW>delete shadows all
DISKSHADOW>exit
Thank you,
Carlos
