It's saying it can't find the index, so the most likely cause would be that it either can't communicate with the NetWorker server corrrectly or that the index isn't correct. You can check the NetWorker indexes on the NetWorker server: nsrinfo –n oracle [client name here] and you should check communication and name resolution between client and server,

Hi Rondale,
Have you added the source client into the target client's host file?
Have you checked the remote access on the source and target?
