You have to install NetWorker Module for Microsoft Applications on the physical SQL server(s) and configure it as per the NetWorker Module for Microsoft Applications ( I attached it ).
You have to install the NMM on the physical nodes , and create client instances with the physical nodes with an additional client instance with the cluster name, then you have to add the Databases to backed up into the saveset field of the client resource of the cluster name.
I know how nmm works. The question is: I have to create two client by pointig the name of the sql instances or one client with the cluster name and use the save set for backup the dbs?

Configure the backups using virtual client...
Incase if you are using Dedicated Storage Node Licenses add nsrcurphyhost entry in storage nodes field in client properties.
Thanks....

It worked!
I was right but I didn't configure the physical client in networker.
Now run fine.
Thanks
