mysql database replication after restore using networker

hi everyone,

i just wanna know if its possible to configure replication after restoring the backup from networker?

Hi Randy,

Could you please provide more details on exactly what you are trying to do?  Are you trying to do a one-off operation or program replication at some level?

hi bob,

im trying to replicate mysql database to its master host after restoring the backup from networker using the nsrmysqlrc command..this is the scenario that i want to achieve,,first i have a mysql database(master a), then i backup its database using the networker, after successful backup from networker, i restored it to another mysql server(master b), after successful restoration, i want to replicate it from master a host..thats the case bob.,hope you can help me with this..

You can do a copy restore of the database to master b and use its as a deployment in a replication environment.
