networker SQL module startup error when encrypt is enable on local backup directives in networker user
when the "encrypt" is enabled from the local backup directives in networker user GUI,
if select the backup function from networker SQL module GUI,
a series of error message will be popup,
and a database named "\" with 0 bytes listed on the top of other database.
here are the error messages:
29085:nwmssql:Microsoft SQL Server Provide error:
38006:nwmssql:Invalid object name '\..sysfilegroups'..
37938:nwmssql:Failed to obtain filegroups for \.
37958:nwmssql:Execute DB command
- failedbut when the encrypt is removed from the local backup directives,the networker SQL module works as normal.anyone has the same problem and fix for it.thanks.

I haven't seen that before, but why would you have encrypt directive in local directive? If using it, you usually would place that on server side directive so I assume there might be no real gain of having it locally defined. So, it might be easier for you to remove it then chasing up this problem.

my company requires all backup saveset are password protected and encrypted.
don't know if I can do that on server side.
our networker version is 7.6 and SQL module is 5.2.1
(just upgraded from 7.5 to 7.6. same error in 7.5)
