networker cannot connect to EBR

hi there,

user on vsphere system has changed password( cause by password policy) and i have updated this user's password on EBR configure. but the networker still cannot connect to EBR server also cannot get infor of VMs in ESXi servers.

could anyone sugguest me to resolve this issue.
