The PowerConnect 2716, is relatively a straight forward switch with a built-in power supply. Unfortunately there is no built-in fuse that you can change, nor a reset button.
If you have tried changing another good working power cables and the switch is not turning on eg: no LED lit, no fans spinning, the switch is faulty.
