Yes, the HDMI stacking ports are separate from the 10gb SFP+ ports where you would create lags.

The family of products for Dell PowerConnect 55xx. The family will include four platforms:

• 24 GE ports + 2 10G SFP+ + 2 10GE stack ports (HDMI)

• 24 GE ports + 2 10G SFP+ + 2 10GE stack ports (HDMI) + PoE

• 48 GE ports + 2 10G SFP+ + 2 10GE stack ports (HDMI)

• 48 GE ports + 2 10G SFP+ + 2 10GE stack ports (HDMI) + PoE

NOTE:

SFP+ ports are backwards-compatible with supported 1G SFP transceivers.

As far as the 1gb SFP transceivers for the 8024F I do not see that available as a purchase.  You might as a Sales Representative on the availability of the transceivers for the 8024F

Thank you, that's what I wanted to hear.  I reached out to sales to find out information re: SFP transceivers but no response as of yet.  I'll follow-up later with their response in case anyone else is curious.
