BPDU Filter Issue

Question

I have configured RSTP on few Dell PowerConnect N3048P With firmware 6.1.0.6. I have run PortFast globally and Portfast BPDU filter. And now I have huge amount of sent BPDUs on portfast interfaces. And also portfast interfaces appear very often in the logs. Seems BPDU Filter doesn't works properly? Or Im missing something? Please see attached photos as example. Ill be thankful for any help

HI I have configured that almost 3 weeks ago. Since then I assume. Can I fix that somehow? Does that means the BPDU Filter doesn't do its job? Thanks
