Configure IP Address for DELL KVM 2160AS
Dear Member,
I am using DELL KVM 2160As for my network switch and now i am struck with the IP address config.
because my client PC seems to connot connect to switch for ip address configuration.
i have tried many serial cable but still no respond...
Any idea would really appreciated.

Yes, it is a console switch we use to monitor our various servers and when set it up, the technician seems to forget to set its IP address to be able to monitor these servers by remote access to this console switch.
I know there is a serial cable that use for KVM configuration but i am not sure what i have is the right serial cable because the KVM seems not to respond to it.
