Configuring PowerEdge M I/O Aggregator in PMUX mode - help needed

Question

Hi All, I am new to this forum kindly help me with below issue.We brought new  Dell M1000e chassis with M I/O Aggregator switches, switch1 and 2. each switch have 2 X 40 gig ports total 80 gig per side , switch-1 80 gig and switch-2 80 gig, these switches connected with 40 gig cables which got split in to 4 10gig cables and goes in to  patch panel and from there to upstream switch. I checked with my network guys and they re-enabled LACP from there end it started working fine, thank you for the help.

The interfaces in port-channel are not in sequence do we need them in sequence ? for example the port-channel are configured with 0/34-35,0-37 ports because 36 port is not connected on the chassis.

I have one last question we got Brocade M6505 with this dell m1000e chassis which is in access gateway mode, do we need to configure anything in this mode ? i learned that if zoning is configured from upstream fabric everything will work normal.
