Connecting S4048T-ON to cisco network

after following the configuration of s4048t-on switch(see attached link), im having a hard time to access the dell network from our cisco network. i'm not sure what i'm missing in either the cisco switch or dell switch config. the only purpose of connecting it to our cisco network so we can manage it remotely and the dell network will have a different uplink for the internet.

the 2 dell switch have the same configuration as followed on the manual

-5 vlans (vlan 10 idrac, 20 management, 30 vsan, 40 vmotion, 50 VM networks)

-i used the ISL port channel w/o VLT configuration on 2x 10G interfaces since we dont have the 40G modules yet.

-we transferred the DNS server internally in the vxrail cluster (vlan 50)

all are working in the isolated dell network, but when i tried to connect it in our cisco network using a trunk port(only vlan 10,20 and 50 are allowed), sometimes i cannot ping them, or the connection is like dropping.

cisco config for trunk to dell

interface FastEthernet0/24
 switchport trunk allowed vlan 10,20,50
 switchport mode trunk

dell config for trunk to cisco

interface TenGigabitEthernet 1/24
 no ip address
 switchport
 no shutdown

vlan 10,20,30 are tagged to the TenGigabitEthernet 1/24

i'm a cisco guy so this kinda confused since a simple trunk link will work supposedly. any help will be appreciated
