Dell 6248 will not boot after failed firmware update.

I was trying to upgrade the firmware from 3.2.7 to 3.3.1 using tftp.  The connection and loading of the image seemed to go as planned though after image verification and subsequent load attempt it failed I tried to get ver and it showed that there were no images to load, so the only thing holding it together was that it still had the original OS in memory. I tried reloading a fresh download of the image via tftp and that too seemed fine until it went through the verification and initialization of the new image, again errors and ti would stop. I should have left it alone and got on here since I had at least a booted commandable switch instead of the brick I have now.  Suffice to say I fell pray to stupidity and rebooted the the switch with the reset button, figuring I could start over from factory... oops! Now this thing won't load much past initialization, no boot menu fails on loading the image with lots of complaining about "too many clusters in file, adjusted" and "Flash: mtd: Buffer write verification failed (interleaved word mode), "Failed to create a dosFs volume", "memPartFree: invalid block 0x39113a0 in partition 0x38c2138.  HELP, anyone ever recovered from this? Oh, one last thing, the power, fan lights come on and the Diag light is blinking, those are the only lights.

Thank you Daniel C.

Yes and no to the boot menu, it starts to boot then errors and locks up. I've attached an image of what it's doing to the point of lockup.
