Dell N1148P-ON Fiber Port issues

I have a Dell N1148 I had connected to a Dell Power Edge 48 port switch via fiber modules.  Everything was working fine, then I went to move the switch to a new IDF.  The fiber connectivity no longer worked.  I brought the switch back to the MDF and connected the same it it was.  Now I can connect via Ethernet to access the switch via Dell OpenManage.  I can get the fiber port to come up, at a port speed of 1000, but if I try Auto, I lose the link.  I am connected via multimode 62.5. Not sure why when I go to auto, with All Supported Negotiation Speed box checked, the port  status goes to Link Down.  Strange this was working, but not now. I'm guessing when I powered down to move the switch, perhaps the settings I had (with help of dell tech) were not saved.   Thoughts?
