Dell N2048P Management Interface Unavailable

Question

Hello, I have a Dell N2048P switch that becomes unavailable after several days of operation. After a reboot the management GUI is available and I am able to make changes and save them to flash memory. After a few days of operation the GUI becomes unavailable and I am unable to ping the device on the network but switching and POE seem to be unaffected by this. I have upgraded the firmware several times over the last year but the problem continues to surface after a few days of operation. I am currently on firmware version 6.5.1.3 and would like to know if anyone has a fix for this or a reason why this keeps happening. Hi, Is the IP for management on its own VLAN or is it on the same VLAN as the production network? If you do a show tech-support are there any errors in the logs?
