Hi,

Is the switch under warranty? Have you tried unplugging the switch and then plugging it back in and seeing if it will let you login?

it's not cover by warranty

i did reboot, switch power supply and more.
i did manage eventually to log in. this error is 88/max6639FanSpeedGet(218), and shown again at the log
the switch is working so far, the fan is on all the time on max speed

in the picture bellow, on the top right corner is blink red (blue arrow pointing)
the bottom right is red on all the time. (bellow the blinking red one)

what can i do? the switch cannot read the fan speed and the fans keep the high rpm all the time keep with same error is the fan controller built on the main board or it is the add on card that connect the fans to the board? if it iis part of the main board, what can i do? if it is the connecting board - can i get parts? i did switch between both fans to check for fan fault but no different results

We don't have individual parts for the switch, the whole switch will need to be replaced.
