Differences between 5KGDH and JH9TW

Hi, 

I am offered the option to choose between 2 switches - 5KGDH and JH9TW . The 5KGDH optsion is cheaper. 

What are te main differences between the 2 switches. As far as I can see they are both N4032F with max 32 10G ports if I get a breakout cable and use the QSFPs as 10G ports.
