Disabling PoE on port by port basis on N2048P switch using GUI

Question

I know based on other comments in this community that the PoE functionality of the Dell N2048P switch can be disabled by using the GUI: System General Power over Ethernet Choose Port Admin Status - Never However, when attempting to apply this setting it states that the power management mode must be set to static. I see this setting in the Global Configuration. What are the proper steps to set this is the Global Configuration and what are the implications if this is done? 1) Does it require a reboot of the switch? 2) How does it affect the rest of the ports settings? a) Do I need to keep the rest of the settings the same on the other settings in the Global Configuration The switch is working great in our environment power a few PoE WiFi and Phone devices and I do not want to have any negative impact. We need to do this for the ports our Time Clocks are using and want to keep them this way using there own power so punches can be made if there is a network outage. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You shouldn’t have to reboot but it may affect the other ports as they will need to be set since they were auto configured before.

Thanks. I was also able to do it by command line easier

Still having issues where the time clock network interface cannot seem to handle the voltage coming through the port. The time clock works fine on a switch that is not PoE. Is there a way to manage the voltage to the port? Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
