Enable SSLv3 and TLS on PowerConnect 5448?
Is there any way to enable TLS and SSLv3 on PC5448? I have the latest firmware installed, 20046, but don't see any option to enable it.
Thanks in advance.

The manual was not updated after we added support for V3 and the command didn’t exist at that time.
switch(config)# ssl version
v2&v3 SSLv2 and SSLv3 will be supported.
v3 Only versions starting with SSLv3 will be supported.
switch(config)# ssl version

Ok. I do have updated firmware running. 2.0.0.46 is the version. Do you have a pointer for documentation of the ssl version command? I cant find reference to it in the 5448 manual I am able to pull down from the dell downloads site.

Hi,
The feature was added in version 2.0.0.42, so you may need to update your firmware. http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=777T5&fileId=2731103560&osCode=NAA&productCode=powerconnect-5424&languageCode=EN&categoryId=NI
Then using the ssl version command should let you choose v3 only.
